  The methods of using gas leak detector are as follows:

  1 . Connect the gas leak detector power supply and gas source. The power supply is 24V, and the gas source is free of impurities. Do not add other air products in the same air source.

  2 . Connect the test tube of the gas leak detector to the fixture, and also connect the control line of the fixture.

  3 . Turn on the gas leak detector power switch, enter the program setting interface through the technical engineer password, set and set the standard test parameters by testing different products. For example, including filling time, holding time, testing time, pressure relief time and standard testing action of the machine.

  4 . In the gas leak detector operation interface, select the corresponding product test program, put the product into the tooling fixture model, and open the test button.

  5 . During the test, the gas leak detector will judge the product pass/fail according to the relevant data of the test. If the product passes, it will show PASS; if the product fails, it will show fault.

  6 . After the test is completed, the gas leak detector will automatically issue a warning.

  The main function of differential pressure gas leak detector is to detect the gas leakage of closed containers, generally using a relatively high precision differential pressure sensor as the detection element. By simultaneously inflating, balancing and detecting the exhaust at both ends of the reference and the measured object, the pressure drop between the reference and the measured object is detected, and the leakage volume is calculated according to the measurement model and output to the display unit of the machine.

  In addition, the differential pressure gas leak detector is susceptible to the influence of various factors such as temperature and air pressure during the detection process, and its detection data has deviations, so the following measures can be considered to improve the detection accuracy of the detector The back end of the pressure reducing valve is installed with a high-precision grade digital pressure gauge or pressure sensor to indicate the detection pressure, improve the accuracy of the detection pressure, reduce the measurement error of the leakage tolerance; accurate measurement of the measured volume can reduce the leakage error; need to repeat the check several times, the routine inspection interval should ensure at least 8s or more. In summary, the use of gas leak detector for leak detection, by extracting and setting more excellent detection parameters in multiple testing, can reduce the measurement error of the leak volume.
