Product Overview
ST series swirl flowmeter is a domestically advanced velocity flowmeter launched by Taian Tosit Instrument Co., Ltd., which has a wide range of uses. It can measure, measure and control the flow of liquids, steam and most gases. It is widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, textile, metallurgy, food, papermaking, pharmaceutical, energy, etc. It has the following features:
(1) It uses a fine low-power LCD display screen, and the local display screen can display instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, frequency and other information.
(2) The probe uses 4-piece piezoelectric ceramic technology to effectively eliminate the influence of external vibration on the measurement.
(3) There are no moving parts, no wear, no mechanical maintenance, few leakage points and long service life.
(4) The probe and signal converter are universally interchangeable.
(5) A split signal converter can be used, with a maximum cable length of 10 meters.
(6) Output 4-20mA current signal/pulse signal and Modbus RS485 differential signal.
(7) Two types of explosion-proof: intrinsically safe explosion-proof: Exia II CT6; flameproof: Exd II CT6.
(8) With HART-Protocol communication protocol, Modbus RS48 interface.
(9) Receive temperature sensor PT1000 signal and pressure sensor signal, perform temperature and pressure compensation, and output 4-20mA current signal.
(10) High measurement accuracy: 0.5%.
(11) Straight pipe section requirements: inlet 3D/outlet 1D.
