TST-P multi-hole balanced flowmeter is composed of a multi-hole balanced throttling device, a differential pressure transmitter, and a display instrument (which can also be directly connected to a computer system).
TST-P multi-hole balanced flowmeter is a flowmeter that measures flow based on the differential pressure principle. The structure of the flow sensor is a reasonable combination of an orifice plate and a rectifier, that is, a number of holes are opened on a plate according to certain calculations and functional relationships, and the flow is measured by measuring the differential pressure on both sides of the plate. The multi-hole balanced throttling device is used in conjunction with a differential pressure transmitter and a display instrument (or computer) to measure, display, and accumulate flow.
Due to its special structure, the multi-hole balanced flowmeter is particularly suitable for flow measurement with short straight pipe sections, dirty media, and low flow. At the same time, due to its simple structure and convenient installation and maintenance, it can be widely used in flow measurement in industries such as metallurgy, power, chemical industry, textile, and heating.
